Appointment Information

I meet with clients by appointment, typically on a weekly basis. Therapy sessions are 55 minutes, and it is generally helpful to find a regularly scheduled session time each week. I provide therapy both in person and via telehealth. When meeting with clients via telehealth, I use a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice. I am able to meet with anyone in the state of Montana who has a stable internet connection and a confidential space during our session time.

Free Phone Consultation

The goodness of fit between a client and their therapist is foundational to an individual’s therapeutic growth. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to individuals interested in potentially working with me. This gives us a chance to discuss what is bringing you to therapy, your therapeutic goals, and my potential capacity to offer you the support you deserve. This is also a chance for me to answer any questions you might have about our working together. Please feel free to call or email me to schedule a free phone consultation.

Payment & Insurance

My fee for the initial intake session is $235. For ongoing individual therapy sessions, my fee is $215.

I am an “in-network” provider with the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Mountain Health Co-Op

  • Pacific Source

  • Allegiance/Cigna

  • First Choice Health

As an “in-network” provider, I am able to bill your insurance directly following each of our therapy sessions. For other insurance plans, I am considered an “out-of-network” provider and payment is due at the time of your session. I am happy to provide you with a detailed bill if you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Prior to our first meeting, I recommend you contact your insurance provider to inquire about mental health benefits and your expected co-pay for individual therapy.
